All our international shipments are delivered via DHL and prices are based on your delivery address. DHL EXPRESS usually delivers your package within 1-2 business days ( this may vary depending on where you live ). If you have any questions about your package, please contact DHL. Your package can be tracked on the DHL website.

We cannot be liable for any customs charges incurred once the parcel reaches your country. Any customs charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. LIVI BEAUTY has no control over these charges as customs policies change frequently. If you have any customs related questions you are advised to contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECT ADDRESS AND FOR PICKING UP THE PACKAGE
It is the customer's own responsibility to enter the correct address. The customer must check if the address is correct at checkout and when paying. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address after the order has been placed. Please note that LIVI BEAUTY By Høvik cannot recall packages that have already been sent out if the customer has provided the wrong address. This is up to the customer, not LIVI BEAUTY, and the customer must then contact Bring/Posten to track the package. Any delays in delivery time may occur and will be beyond our control, but we can always help you find/track your order by sending us an email at: kontakt@livibeauty.no
The customer is responsible for receiving the package upon delivery. This means that the customer is responsible for collecting the package from the mailbox, or collecting it from the delivery location before it is sent back to us. We cannot be held responsible if you have provided the wrong address or you have not collected the package. We will then wait for a possible return before we send the package out again. The customer must then pay the shipping for a new shipment.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means that you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to ask us for a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened and/or used products/lashes are never accepted for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, sealed or unused, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@livibeauty.no. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returning the item, you are responsible for the item, and it is therefore very important that the item is returned in undamaged original packaging, and that all possible labels and instructions are also sent with it. Feel free to use the original packaging as outer packaging. Pack the return well, and send the package traceably. If you choose to return or cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Refunds for received and approved returns will be made within 30 days.
DAMAGES, ORDER ERRORS AND QUESTIONS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem. Remember to include your order number, a picture of the delivery note, and the damaged/defective item, and send this as an attachment for a faster response.
EXCEPTIONS FOR RETURNS
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including LIVI LASHES. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product. If you have previously had a reaction to cosmetics, we recommend that you carefully read the ingredient list of the product you are considering purchasing. If you have already purchased the product; do a home test on a small area of skin first, before using the product. Even well-documented ingredients can cause reactions in individuals.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale.
REFUND
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
