ORDER, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I have purchased an item. What happens now?

You should automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You may also want to check your spam folder.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6:00 PM will begin processing that day (except on holidays) and will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM and on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

I haven't received an order confirmation?

When will I receive my package?

We do our best to ship your package the same day we receive your order (READ ABOVE). Once your package has been shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link. Estimated delivery time: 1-4 days depending on where in the country you live. The package will be delivered to your mailbox or to a delivery point.

I haven't received my package?

We have a delivery time of 1–6 business days. If you have not received your order after this period, please contact us at KONTAKT@LIVIBEAUTY.NO

What shipping options do you have?

We offer all our customers delivery with Bring and PostNord, with the option of delivery to a mailbox, pickup location, parcel machine or home delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, if you order over 300 NOK we will ALWAYS cover the shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as the package has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking link by email.

Are the prices including VAT?

We are located in Norway and therefore no customs or fees are charged when you purchase goods from us.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship from Norway to all of Scandinavia and worldwide. We offer different shipping methods: Bring or DHL Express. Estimated delivery time with Posten: 1-6 days depending on where you live. Estimated delivery time with DHL Express: 1-3 days.

We ALWAYS offer free shipping if you order over 900 NOK.

What are the requirements for returns?

In order for us to approve a return, the following must be met: The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All seals must be intact and unbroken. All returns are manually inspected. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Do I have to pay shipping for returns?

If you want to exchange or return an item, you must pay for the shipping yourself. Please contact us if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.

I have sent my return. When will I get my money back?

Within 30 days after we receive the return, you will receive the money back to the account you used during payment.

Can I buy livi beauty elsewhere?

The products are sold exclusively on our website.

The product I want is out of stock?

You can "monitor the product" that is out of stock. We work frequently to order items - and you will receive an email when the product is back in stock.

Are the products vegan?

Many of our products are vegan. You will find a complete overview under each product.

How do I wash my makeup brushes?

For best results and a long life for your brushes, we recommend washing them once a week with mild soap or brush cleanser. Clean brushes provide a smoother and more hygienic application of makeup. Avoid drying with the bristles up, as water can soak into the handle and loosen the adhesive over time.

Which lashes should I choose?

It can be difficult to know which lashes are right for you. Check out our lash guide for tips and more information.

What is the difference between BLEND IT AND PRO BLEND IT?

All our sponges are latex free. The difference between BLEND IT and PRO BLEND IT is where the sponge is cut. Pro Blend It is cut across for a more precise application when baking under the eyes and applications around the nose as the tip is sharp, while Blend It is cut at the bottom and works better to apply products a little faster with more coverage.

HOW TO USE AND MAINTAIN THE BLEND IT SPONGE?

Moisten the sponge before use with cream and liquid products. This gives my skin a glow and moisture, or use dry with, for example, powder products for extra coverage.

Wash the sponge weekly with mild soap and lukewarm water. Always let it air dry. REPLACE EVERY 3 MONTHS if used daily – for optimal hygiene and results.
