Refund policy

ORDERS 

When ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Please check your spam filter if you are missing an email from us. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6pm begins processing that day (except holidays) and is sent the next day. Orders placed after 6 pm begins processing the next business day.

PAYMENT
You can pay with credit and debit cards, Paypal , Klarna and Apple Pay.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY 
It's the customer's own responsibility to enter the correct address. The customer must check if the address is correct at checkout and payment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check the address after the order has been placed. LIVI BEAUTY By Høvik can not recall packages that have already been sent out, if the customer has given the wrong address, it is up to the customer, not LIVI BEAUTY, and the customer must contact Bring/Posten or DHL to track their package.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ask us for a return. The shipping fee for an order is non-refundable. For health and hygiene reasons, opened and/or used make-up products and lashes are never accepted for return. 

We do not offer return on SALES ITEMS or discounted products.

DAMAGE 
If the package is damaged or has been opened when you receive it, you must contact the place of delivery or hello@livibeauty.co. Also read our "Shipping and Return Policy" for more information. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kontakt@livibeauty.no. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
